ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.8570 of 2024 in W.P.No.7653 of 2024, thereby ordered status quo.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent on instruction submitted that even before the order passed by this Court, a new person viz., A.G.Sethuraman had jointed as Chief Engineer in the place of the petitioner as early as on 15.03.2024. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, no contempt is made out as against the respondent. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed. 10.07.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
