The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 28.04.2022 at 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM at "Sri Mariamman Temple Festival" Kamalapuram Village, Kamalapuram Post, Omalur Taluk, Salem District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.04.2022 made by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
