The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from erecting a transformer on 4th Cross Street abutting the compound wall to the eastern side of the petitioner's premises at Door No.44/27, Ramamurthy Colony, Jawahar Nagar Post, Chennai.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have not installed any transformer in front of the petitioner's premises and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed.
