ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2022 in accordance with law by releasing the bill amount of the petitioner.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any merits, since the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2022 has not been considered by the respondent as it appears that the petitioner participated in the tender and carried out the work on behalf of the respondent. However, payments have not been settled to the petitioner.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2022 has not been considered by the respondent, I https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All further steps will be in terms of such orders that may be passed by the respondent. The respondent may call upon the petitioner for a hearing before passing such order.

5. With the above directions and observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
