This matter is taken up for hearing through VideoConferencing mode.

2. Mr.M.D.Ilayaraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 7th respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting the interest of the 8th respondent in any manner, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

3. This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 07.06.2020 made by the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 6 and the learned Special Government Pleader for the7th respondent.

5. It appears that the petitioner has made a representation before the 5th respondent making allegations against the 8th respondent as if he has misappropriated the Society Fund. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for action against the 8th respondent.

6. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, as it is for the 5th respondent to consider and decide the same.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only with a limited direction, directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, the 8th respondent and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 5th respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
