The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from altering the nature of the property or dealing with the same by putting up any construction in the land bearing S.No.253/9 in Padi Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The representation of the petitioner is of the year 2014 and the present status of the land is to be verified. Considering the paucity of time, this Writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities by fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such approach, the same shall be considered on merits after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
