Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing through video conference, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for correcting the name of the petitioner.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court grants permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with correct name of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition indicating the correct name.
