This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another six months in Crl.O.P.No.855 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the case has now been posted for appearance of the petitioner/accused on 20.04.2023.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 20.04.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
