By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer patta in petitioner's name and also to rectify the error, which was wrongly entered in patta no.408 as 1.05 acres instead of 1.50 acres in Survey No. 286/1 situated at Jallipatti Village, Annamalai Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering his representation dated 22.02.2024. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application before the second respondent on 24.01.2022 to rectify the error in the patta and also to change patta in his name in Survey No.286/1 situated at Jallipatti Village, Annamalai Taluk, Coimbatore District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2024 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
