Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned punishment order dated 22.05.2020 made in Na.Ka.No. 196/2020/ A-4/C.V passed by the third respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents not to disturb the petitioner and allow him to work as Shop Supervisor in Tasmac Shop Nos.7201 & 7277 respectively with continuity of service and all other service benefits(Prayer in both WPs).

These matters are taken up through Web hearing.

2. When these Writ Petitions are taken up, it is represented that the order impugned in the Writ Petitions, has been subsequently withdrawn by order dated 4.6.2020. As such, there is nothing survives in the Writ Petitions and therefore, the Writ Petitions have become infructuous. According the Writ Petitons are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
