[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., Swathi, aged 19 years, sought production of her daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Mediation Report dated 04.07.2018 informs that efforts at Mediation has been failed. The position earlier informed viz., that the detenue Swathi, aged 19 years has chosen to stay in the company of third respondent, aged 20 years continues.

4. In the circumstances, this petition does not survive further consideration.

Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
