ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though all the criminal cases against the petitioner has been disposed of, his name is still in the history sheeter register. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 15.03.2024 to remove his name from the register, but, so far no order been passed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with police standing order 747 and 748 and appropriate order will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs. Vv 08.04.2024 2/4
