This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to direct the High Court Registry to return the Original Mortgage Deed dated 26.07.2005 registered as Doc.No.755 of 2005 S.R.O T.N.Palayam, Erode District marked as Ex.P1 in C.S No.814 of 2006 to him.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by the respondents/defendants in allowing this application and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
