ORDER

According to the petitioner, on 30.10.2012, he was appointed as a Noon meal Organizer (Sathunavu Amaipalar) at Panchayat Unior Primary School Savulur village.

2. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid place is 5 kilometer away from his residing place. Therefore, he made request to the respondent on 07.12.2020, to transfer him in his own village Government High School by existing vacancies in the said school. Thereafter, he made several representations to the respondent. But so far the respondent has not considered his representations. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order shall be addressed to the District Collector, Dharmapuri.
