ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.
2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition that the petitioner is the President of the Saiva Siddhanta Perumandram and narrated the functioning of the said Mandram. He filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to erect and install the display board or sign board of permanent nature, in the conspicuous place within the vicinity of the Arulmugu Avudaiyar Koil, situated at Thiruperunthurai in Tirunelveli District.
3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to submit appropriate application before the Competent Authorities, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4
of this order in the above regard. On receipt of the said application, the Competent Authorities shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
