Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court that the petitioner 8(c) the petitioner, on release from the prison, shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5260/2021 order dated 24.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S KARTHIYAYINI SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. This Court by an order dated 24.03.2021, granted bail to the petitioner based on his undertaking that he will release his share in the two properties in favour of his two minor sons Master Rohan Sai and Master Rohit Raghav and on further condition that he report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Mr.L.Baskar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not executed the release deed and therefore Crl.O.P.No.8352 of 2021 has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner and the same is also listed today.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner is reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and the properties are situated at Theni district he is not in a position to go to Theni and execute the release deed in favour of his sons and hence sought relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

6. Considering the above circumstances that he is complying with the condition and to enable the petitioner to execute the release deed, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

7. This petition is ordered accordingly.
