Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, to consider the representation dated 11.10.2023 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to file the sale certificate dated 28.02.2023 sent by the 2nd respondent and make entry in book No.1 on the file the 3rd respondent office.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Santhoshkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 3.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent may be directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner for registration of the sale certificate.

3. The third respondent shall pass an order on the representation filed by the petitioner for registration of the sale certificate, on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
