A. No.3994 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 1494 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the plaintiff Dr.K..Krishnamurthy.

A. No.3995 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the order of abatement dated 12.02.2024 due to the death of plaintiff. A. No.3996 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the applicant as 2nd plaintiff and the 3rd respondent as the 3rd defendant in the suit as legal heirs of Dr.K.S.Krishnamurthy.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these applications are allowed.
