Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner, on his release from prison, shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6232 of 2021 order dated 30.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6232 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1) (a) (ii) of EC Act 1955, in Crime No.64 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
