ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition in D.V.C.No.03/2021 filed by the respondent-wife before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram has been dismissed for default on 30.12.2022.

2. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. In case the said DVC petition is restored, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings afresh.
