ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that orders have been passed in the enquiry proceedings initiated under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, and the same has been challenged in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Therefore, the writ petition may be closed as infructuous.
2. In the light of the above submissions, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
