(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed to dispense with the filing of the certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA at New Delhi, Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988 in FPA PBD 915/CHN/2019. Considering the submissions that as against the common order, appeals are already filed and the certified copy has been placed on record in CMA No.1448 of 2025, we are inclined to grant exemption as prayed.
