ORDER

This Court by an order dated 09.10.2018 in W.P.No.18300 of 2017, has passed the following direction: "3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the second respondent on 28.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition".

2.It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General that a representation has not been given by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 09.10.2018 in W.P.No.18300 of 2017.

3.Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that his client will give an appropriate representation from one week from today along with all the other relevant documents as directed in

3 Cont.p.No.682 of 2019 the order dated 09.10.2018 in W.P.No.18300 of 2017. The respondents are directed to consider the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of representation along with relevant documents. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
