O R D E R

The defendant in O.S.No.1760 of 2014 and respondent in I.A.No.5122 of 2014 has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition for setting aside the impugned order passed on 6.8.2015 in C.M.A.No.15 of

2015, by confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 7.1.2015 made in I.A.No.5122 of 2014 in O.S.No.1760 of 2014 for granting interim injunction not to release the Film "Om Shanthi Om" at Chenglepet area and in the Satellite Channels pending disposal of the suit.

2. The trial court in I.A.No.5122 of 2014 has granted interim injunction and that has been confirmed by the First Appellate Court in C.M.A.No.15 of 2015, against which, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides.

4. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays before this court for earlier disposal of the suit. Since the order of the trial court has been confirmed by the First Appellate Court in C.M.A.No.15 of 2015, the learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff has no objection for ordering earlier disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the submissions made on both sides, as the learned counsel for petitioner prays for earlier disposal of the suit, this court is

inclined to confirm the impugned order passed by the First Appellate Court in C.M.A.No.15 of 2015 with a direction to dispose of the suit earlier. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a direction issued to the learned III Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai to dispose of the suit O.S.No.1760 of 2014, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on a day to day basis. Since already written statement has been filed, he is directed to dispose of the suit after giving fair opportunity to both sides. No costs.
