ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.2064 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.864 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021, that the petitioner, is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2064 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. No.864 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. and as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons.
