ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by him, which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the rejection of the application seeking for legal heir certificate by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal before the first respondent on 25.02.2022. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said statutory appeal.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 25.02.2022, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
