(b)to grant custody of the minor R.Yogamithran to the petitioner herein (C) and pass such other orders.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit in unison that the parties to this Petition have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Center attached to this Court and had entered into a Terms of settlement and the same is placed before this Court. The parties are also present before this Court and accepted to the same.

2.Learned counsels appearing on either side would also acknowledge the said Terms of Settlement that had been entered into between the parties and requested this Court to dispose of the Petition in terms of the Terms of Settlement.

3.In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Settlement, the O.P. is disposed of on the Terms of Settlement. The said Terms of Settlement is also annexed to this order. 13.03.2025 Gba Index :Yes/No 2/3
