Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.1373 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20372 of 2020 dated 12.02.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1373 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20372 of 2020, dated 12.02.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
