ORDER
Mr.V.Chandrakanthan, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the prayer in the captioned writ petition is primarily for appointment of a Fit person and pending writ petition, Fit person has been appointed on 03.09.2020. Learned counsel submits that the prayer in the writ petition has been answered in the affirmative and therefore, nothing survives in the captioned writ petition.
2. Recording the aforementioned stated position of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Though obvious, it is made clear that in this order this Court has not expressed any opinion or view on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
