Prayer: The Civil Suit has been filed under Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C. JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the matter has been settled out of court in between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. The learned counsel further requested for refund of the Court fee paid.

2. In view of the above, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn and the plaintiff is entitled to the refund of court fee paid as per law. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
