(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Prayer is for grant of exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order dated 13.08.2024 in FPA PBPT-921/CHN/2019 passed by the Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA at New Delhi, Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988.
