Instant Contempt Petition is for non-compliance of the order, dated 17/7/2018, made in W.P.No.28467 of 2014.

Ms.A.Shrijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents state that Writ Appeal has been filed being W.A.No.20476 of 2019 and a Hon'ble Division Bench, vide, order, dated 3/7/2019, has stayed the operation of the order, dated 17/7/2018, passed in W.P.No.28467 of 2014.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that in case, the Hon'ble Division Bench dismissed the appeal, it is always open to the petitioner, to file 2/3

fresh Contempt Petition, for complying with the order, dated 17/7/2018.
