..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records of the impugned order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.G1/ 004295/2025 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and subsequently pass orders by directing the 1st respondent to provide the necessary prior sanction for the initiating criminal proceedings against the 2nd and 3rd Respondents, as per the Petitioner's application dated 26.01.2025

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the first respondent.

2. When the matter was listed on 02.06.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 04.06.2026 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 04.06.2026, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
