Respondents PRAYER:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to pass order in Na.Ka.No.853/2017/A1 dated 10.03.2017 forwarded by the fourth respondent to fifth respondent for physical inspection of the land and reporting for issuing of no objection certificate to construct the prayer hall in petitioner association premises.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fifth respondent to conduct physical inspection of the land and file a report to the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer. 2.It is seen that the petitioner Association sought for No Objection Certificate to construct prayer hall in the subject matter land and consequently, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore (North), has called upon the fifth respondent to inspect the property and file a report, through his proceedings dated 10.03.2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after such communication was sent by the fourth respondent to the fifth respondent, till this date, the fifth respondent has not conducted the inspection.
3.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is only for conducting the inspection of the property. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to conduct inspection of the property and file a report before the respondents 3 and 4, as required by the third respondent through his communication dated 10.03.2017. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
