ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.174 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Bharath Chakravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2016 has been completed by the police and the Referred Charge Sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. He further submitted that the petitioner has received a copy of the Referred Charge Sheet, today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
