O.A.No.613 of 2021 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.68 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., This application has been filed seeking for an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the business conducted by the applicant.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the order passed in O.S.A.No.213 and 182 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021, virtually makes this application infructuous. In the said order, the Hon'ble First Bench has taken note of the fact that the applicant has admitted the possession of the respondent.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this application and accordingly, this application is closed.
