This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to pay deficit court fee of Rs.500/- in the above appeal and to condone the delay of 1661 days in paying the same.

Mr.R.Subramaniam, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
