This Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the trial Court viz., the District Munsif Court, Perambalur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2005, within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking into account the narrow prayer made in this revision petition and also taking note of the fact that the suit is of the year 2005, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif Judge, Peramballur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2005 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
