Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.43111 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Metropolitan Transport Corporation, who is present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay of 121 days is waived.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent, the petition in C.M.P.No.11242 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 121 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
