CRIME NO.183 OF 2021.
Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6527 of 2021 dated 01.04.2021 in Guduvancheri Police Station, Chengalpattu District in Crime No.183 of 2021 viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUNDARARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 01.04.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 01.04.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
