When this case is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sundareswaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instruction from the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition on the ground of the monetary policy limit prescribed by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes in F.No.390/Misc/116/2017-JC dated 11.07.2018. He has filed a memo to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
