ORDER

The Petitioners have filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2384 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2384 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent Police and also as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
