Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 3 to 6 along with respondents 2,7 to 98 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.4.2022 to conduct an enquiry for the purpose of recovering the loan obtained by the deceased employee I.Govindasamy for the Medium Term Loan No.2/22 and 322 for a sum of Rs.11,38,400/- and Educational Loan No.205 for a sum of Rs.2,05,000/-, who worked as Senior Technician Grade-II in Thermal Power Station-II vide NLC CPF

No.34264 and his Societies Thrift Membership No.28230 from the legal heirs of the deceased employee in the death cum retirement benefits funds of the deceased employee as first step and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law thereby relieving the petitioner from the responsibilities of the guarantor to the two loans obtained by the deceased I.Govindasamy.
