This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2017, seeking to include certain heads not included in the revised standard schedule of rates with basic rates and the learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
