Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to include all the particulars in the Encumbrance certificate about the attachment in the Doc.No.22/2018 on their file (i.e. I.A.No.187/2005 in O.S.No.35/2005 dated 24.10.2005 on the file of Sub Judge, Kancheepuram) the after rectify the mistake and send fresh Encumbrance certificate to the petitioner on her application bearing No.ECA/online/4885092/2019 dated 25.01.2019, further directing the 1st respondent to take legal actions against the respondents 2 to 4 for omitting the particulars in the above said Doc.No.22/2018.
