ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.206 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.During the temple festival, these petitioners had created ruckus and caused injury to the de facto complainant and three others. The Accident Register reveals that deadly weapons were used for attacking the victim.

3.Considering the injury and the abscondence of these petitioners may lead to attack on the victims again, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners.
