The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4317 of 2021 on 15.03.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
