Instant Contempt Petition has been filed, to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order, dated 27/11/2018, made in W.P.No.42100 of 2016.

2. Ms.Narmada Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General states that against the order, dated 27/11/2018, made in W.P.No.42100 of 2016, State Government has filed an appeal being W.A.No.1951 of 2019 and the order, dated 30/9/2019, stands stayed.

3. In view of the above, Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that in case, Writ Appeal is dismissed, respondents are at liberty to initiate fresh contempt proceedings. 14th October 2019 mvs.
