ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested under a P.T. warrant and remanded to judicial custody on 09.06.2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 309(4), 311, 351(3) and 324(4) of B.N.S. in Cr. No.115 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would fairly submit that in the above case, after completion of trial, this petitioner was acquitted.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
