ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 20.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of the incident that had taken place on 19.04.2016, one of the injured viz., Usha had given a complaint, based on which, a case in Crime No.181 of 2016 has been registered on 20.04.2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(1) against Thamarai Kannan and others.
